We  are Passionate to create perfect landscape of the resplendent city- Rawalpindi.

It gives immense pleasure to see PHA transforming into a developed, modern quality staffed entity; empowered to provide citizens with a cleaner, greener and aesthetically enriched healthy environment. We are striving hard to achieve a flexible, transparent and qualitative working mode based on the principles of trust based partnership amongst public, private and non-government sectors. No doubt, in the present era of awareness and tremendous technological advancement, government entities direly need to come out of the stereotype outlook and approach especially those which are directly related to institutions like PHA, which is committed to ensure Green Punjab. It is a moment of pride for me to launch the first ever website of PHA and I am thankful to Allah Almighty, with whose blessings, we have been successful in this venture. We shall earnestly be looking forward to the valued suggestions from Citizens, Government Institutions, NGOs, Friends of the Environment, Educational Institutions, Horticulture Societies, Students and other people from all walks of life.
